• All sales, services, and contracts are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• By placing an order or signing a proposal/contract, you confirm that you are legally authorized to do so.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website.

Nature of Fresh Flowers

• Fresh flowers are natural, seasonal, and perishable products. Variations in color, size, shape, and bloom stage are normal and expected.
• While we strive to replicate arrangements as closely as possible, exact duplication is not guaranteed.

Substitutions

• If specific flowers or containers are unavailable due to seasonality or market conditions, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design intent.

Color & Style Disclaimer

• Colors may vary slightly from images due to natural differences, lighting, and screen display settings.
• Online photos represent a design style, not an exact product.

Care & Longevity

• We are not responsible for flowers once delivered, accepted, or picked up.
• Flower longevity depends on environmental conditions, handling, and care.
• Full payment is required at the time of online purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Event and wedding services require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer to secure the date.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is received.

Retail & Online Orders

• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.
• Cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Events & Weddings

• Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Final balances are due as outlined in your contract.
• Any changes after final payment may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
• Free delivery is available within the Jacksonville, FL area. Delivery fees apply outside the service area.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the client may result in additional fees.
• We are not responsible for arrangements left at unsecured locations once delivery is completed.
• Clients are responsible for securing venue approval for floral and décor installations.
• We are not liable for delays caused by venue restrictions, weather, acts of God, or third-party vendors.
• Any damage caused by venue staff, guests, or other vendors is not the responsibility of Seiromem Flowers & Design.
• All rented items remain the property of Seiromem Flowers & Design.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be billed at replacement cost.
• Clients must ensure access for breakdown and pickup as outlined in the contract.
• We reserve the right to photograph our work and use images for marketing, social media, website, and promotional materials.
• Client names and personal details will never be shared without permission.
• We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

The Bloom Experience by Seiromem Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for The Bloom Experience by Seiromem, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat. Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

Because seating is intentionally limited, tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the advance purchase of fresh flowers, specialty materials, food, and supplies, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying Seiromem Flowers & Design in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Tickets may not be transferred after this deadline.

Event Changes

Seiromem Flowers & Design reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the event, including instructors, floral varieties, menu items, activations, or event schedule due to product availability or unforeseen circumstances.

Should an event be postponed or canceled by Seiromem Flowers & Design, guests will receive the option to:

• Transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date, or
• Receive a full refund.

Arrival

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow time for check-in and refreshments.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, instruction will begin promptly at the advertised start time.

Late arrivals may miss portions of the floral instruction.

Food & Beverage

Signature mocktails and elevated light bites are included with your ticket.

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify Seiromem Flowers & Design at least 72 hours prior to the event. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Photography & Media

Photography and video may be taken throughout The Bloom Experience for promotional and marketing purposes.

By attending, you grant Seiromem Flowers & Design permission to use photographs and video in future marketing materials, social media, website content, and promotional campaigns without additional compensation.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please notify a member of our team upon arrival.

Guest Conduct

We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for every guest.

Seiromem Flowers & Design reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave without refund if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, or negatively impacts the experience of others.

Safety

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

The Bloom Experience may involve the use of floral tools, candles, fragrance oils, hot wax (during applicable activations), and other materials.

By attending, guests acknowledge responsibility for exercising reasonable care while participating.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, floral recipes, instructional content, branding, and printed materials remain the intellectual property of Seiromem Flowers & Design and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Children

Unless specifically advertised as a family-friendly event, The Bloom Experience is designed for guests 18 years of age or older.

Flower Selection

Each Bloom Experience features seasonal flowers. While we strive to recreate the advertised design aesthetic, specific flower varieties may vary based on seasonal availability and market conditions.

Candle-Making & Guest Creations

Each guest will create their own floral arrangement and, when applicable, their own candle or featured activation. Because every creation is handcrafted, individual results will naturally vary.

Personal Belongings

Seiromem Flowers & Design is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Weather

The Bloom Experience will proceed rain or shine unless otherwise communicated by Seiromem Flowers & Design.

Minimum Attendance Requirement

The Bloom Experience requires a minimum number of registered guests to ensure the quality of the event. If minimum attendance is not met, Seiromem Flowers & Design reserves the right to reschedule the experience. Guests will be offered the choice of transferring to the new date or receiving a full refund.
